One of the best way to get the attention of company or platform interviewrs is to do research before interview. That research shouldn't be like that just scrolling the pages of there websites. It should be a deep view into their recent projects, the challenges they might be facing in their industry, and what people are saying about them in the news. When you will say line like "“I noticed your team just launched a new product in July,” you instantly come across as engaged and prepared."

Everyone gets nervous at that stage but a little practice will make you feel confident and will help you in getting success.

My Interview Journey: Lessons and Insights:-

As i told that i appeared in interviews in past not just for govt and private sectors but also for the armed forces. In duration of this period i experienced a lot of things that i am going to share below. So, keep in touch to learn the tips that help you in upcoming time.

In 2023, I appeared in one of the most difficult and tough exam of armed forces whose name is "Issb" stands for ( Inter Services Selection Board). In duration of this time i experienced a lot of thhings. It's a journey full of nervousness as well as i went through the things that gave me experience and tips that will be helpfull for everyone to be confident in duration of an interview and will help you to be sucessfull in future. Common Interview Questions:-

the most common questions that i observed during the session of my interview were:-

(1-) "Personal Questions" : About my background, hobbies, weaknesses.
(2-) "Academic/General Knowledge" : Questions about my country, current affairs, or my field.
(3-) "Situational Questions" : “If my commander gives a wrong order, what will i do?”
(4-) "Opinion-Based Questions" : Views on politics, leadership, patriotism, etc.

Interview tips for freshers:-

(1-) "Be honest" : Don’t try to fakke your personality.
(2-) "Know yourself" : Be ready to talk about your strengths, weaknesses, goals.
(3-) "Stay updated" : Know current affairs, basic crises, and your country miliitary structure.
(4-) "Know your form" : Interviewers may ask questions based on what you wrote in your personal form.
(5-) "Be respectful" : Try to give your best version in front of theem and be a gentle man.

Professional interview advice:-

The interview wasn’t just a test of knowledge, but a mirroor showing how I respond under pressure. I learrned to stay calm, think clearly, and stay true to my values and lessons that help beyiond just selection.
